Lately, the Soviets have been pulling all the best scientists in the country together, in an attempt to match up to the Allies' vastly superior technology. The result was a top tier of units with technologies that are brand new to the Soviets, such as EMP technology, lightning bolts, stealth, and for one very special faction, toxin-infused shells.
The Soviets boast the biggest, baddest tanks, effective infantry, a newly-reinforced airforce, and a heavy and powerful navy, all to combine and crush the enemy before them. At thier top tier, they get punishing artillery, EMP tanks, and stealthy flame tanks.
